We do our utmost to deliver all orders on time and with care. In the event of deviations from the indications below due to unexpected circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery time

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your order has been successfully placed.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1 working day of the purchase date.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with track & trace information for the shipment.
  • Delivery usually takes place on the next working day after dispatch, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this. Please also take into account delays around public holidays or due to extreme weather conditions.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated on checkout and depend on the weight of your order as well as the ship to country.

Pre-orders/backorders

  • If part of your order is a pre-order or backorder, the entire order will only be shipped after release and once all products are in stock.
  • Would you like the products that are in stock to be shipped earlier? If so, please place a separate order.
  • Release dates for pre-order products listed on our website are subject to change. We do our best to keep the information on the product pages up to date.
