Request a return
You can easily request a return directly from your account. This speeds up the processing of your return. We will then contact you as soon as possible with further instructions regarding the processing of your return.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, we apply a 14-day period for consumers. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This should be done, if reasonably possible, in the original shipping packaging.
To initiate a return, please make a request from your account. Upon confirmation, returns must be sent to the following address: Kortrijkstraat 5, 4826 LX Breda.
The shipping costs and the risk of damage or loss of the return shipment are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will then be able to assess the problem and resolve it for you.
In the event of damaged packaging where the product is in good condition, we will not proceed with a full refund or replacement. In such cases, we may grant a partial refund or discount as a gesture of goodwill.
Warranty
We provide private customers with a 1-year warranty or at least the minimum warranty period prescribed by local laws and regulations of the country to which we have shipped. If you have any questions about the warranty or its applicability when you encounter problems with our product, please contact us using the contact form.
Enframed products are not intended for outdoor installation, unless specifically stated in the product specifications. The warranty is void if the product is not installed or used in accordance with the provided instructions. This includes maintaining the advised display size limit as specified on the product page.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within 14 business days via the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
